FlexiFil™ filament is a rubber-like 3D printer filament which allows you to print flexible objects, such as rubber machine parts, soft toys, flip-flops, and other rubbery items. FlexiFil™ opens doors to a whole new field of application when it comes to desktop 3D printing. It’s up to your own imagination what you would like to create and print. FlexiFil™ is a flexible Thermoplastic Co-Polyester 3D printer filament with a Shore hardness of 45D.
FlexiFil™ is a revolutionary new rubber-like high-performance Thermoplastic Co-Polyester (TPC) filament. FlexiFil™ has unique flexural strength properties, as 3D printed objects with FlexiFil™ will have a “flexural memory”, allowing objects to return back to their original position after being bent, dent, or folded.
FlexiFil™ is not only a flexible filament. It has quite some more remarkable characteristics. FlexiFil™ is a high-performance TPC that offers a unique combination of flexibility, high temperature resistance, strength, and an excellent UV resistance and good resistance to chemicals. The combination of above features make FlexiFil™ a unique filament in its kind.

Sandstone - LAYBRICK
1.75mm / ± 0.25 Kg / Opaque
Prezzo: CHF 49.90 (IVA inclusa)
LAYBRICK is a revolutionary new German engineered sandstone-like desktop 3D printer filament. With LAYBRICK you can now print objects that look like sandstone.
LAYBRICK is a mixture of milled chalk and harmless co-polyesters. The result of combining this unique mixture into a 3D printer filament is that LAYBRICK printed parts look and feel like (sand)stone, which makes this 3D printer filament extremely suitable for architecture models and landscapes.
Objects printed with LAYBRICK 3D printer filament can easely be colored and grinded.
Note: this is a beta version of 250 grams filament, which means that the grey colour of the filament may change in nuances. The filament is also a little maiden, it may brake while bending, you should be sure (especially during a long print) that you can feed a broken part of filament again in your printer !

Print temp: 165°C for smooth surface, higher temperatures (210°) for rougher surfaces;
Printed objects can be coloured and easely grinded.
Fan needs to be on;
Wait 2-4 hours after printing until object is hardened, before removing it from platform:
Try to print in warm rooms (20°C or more), the the filament is more bendable then;
The printed object is temperature stabil to about 70° Celsius;
Use M227 code: f.e. S 30000 P 10000;
Layer-thickness from 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm;

Slicing: object fill max. 25%.

EasyWood™ Coconut - Dark Brown
1.75mm / EasyWood™ Coconut / ± 0.5 Kg / Opaque / Producer: FormFutura - Netherlands
Prezzo: CHF 49.90 (IVA inclusa)
EasyWood™ Coconut is a unique mixture of 40% grinded coconut particles in combination with the modified and proven easy-to-print binding polymers used for our EasyFil™ filaments. This extraordinary blend has resulted in a high-end and unsurpassed “easy to print” tropical hardwood filament. You will love the rough surface - with clearly noticeable coconut particles - of our spool-wrapped EasyWood™ Coconut filament.
Being filled with a significant amount of grinded coconut particles gives EasyWood™ Coconut some major advantages above other wood-filled filaments. First of all, coconut wood is a tropical hardwood which is a perfect substitute for traditional tropical hardwood and with that it does not affect the world’s rainforests. The wood from the actual coconut is very resistant to (salt) water, and because of its extremely low water absorption the wood from the coconut is hardly influenced by weather- and other nature conditions. This unique characteristic makes our EasyWood™ Coconut filament significantly less sensitive to moisture than other wood-filled filaments.
EasyWood™ Coconut has a beautiful dark tropical brown colour and has similar thermal properties to our EasyFil™ PLA. Because of its low shrinkage factor, EasyWood™ is nearly warp-free and therefore  EasyWood™ will not deform after cooling. Due to its low tendency to warp EasyWood™ can be printed without a heated print bed. If your printer is however equipped with a heated print bed we recommend to set your heat bed temperature to ± 35° to 60°C.

Wood Filament - LAYWOO-D3
1.75mm / Premium PLA / ± 0.25 Kg / Opaque
Prezzo: CHF 49.90 (IVA inclusa)
LAYWOO-D3 is a German engineered wooden desktop 3D printer filament. To be precise LAYWOO-D3 filament is a mixture of 40% recycled wood with a binding polymer. This wood/polymer composite allows the filament to be printed just like thermoplastic filaments – such as ABS and PLA – but gives your creation a wooden-like appearance.
LAYWOO-D3 filament is designed for 3D printers based on RepRap technology. The thermal strength of LAYWOO-D3 filament is similar to PLA and can be printed between 175°C and 250°C. After printing, your object will look and smell like wood and it can also be handled like wood. After printing you can cut, grind and paint your creations similar as you can do with wooden objects.

Depending on the temperature at which LAYWOO-D3 filament is printed, it will take on a different shade of brown. This means that by intentionally varying the printing temperature, you can simulate a tree’s growth ring effect. At 180°C your LAYWOO-D3 prints will have a light colour and at 245°C your print will become darker. We recommend to use a 0.5mm nozzle for our Laywoo-D3 to stop clogging of the nozzle.

Porolay Lay-Fomm 60
1.75mm / rubber-elastomeric polymer and a PVA-component / ± 0.25 Kg / Opaque / Producer: FormFutura - Netherlands
Printing temperatura: 220°-230°C
Prezzo: CHF 49.90 (IVA inclusa)
POROLAY LAY-FOMM 60 is best characterized as foamy and highly porous. This material is made from a rubber-elastomeric polymer and a PVA-component. That means that part of this filament is water soluble. Once you rinse this material in water, the PVA component dissolves and the rubber polymer remains as your micro-porous object. LAY-FOMM 60 feels like soft rubber with holes and is therefore ideal for printing soft rubber-like objects, such as bendable suits and sponge-like objects, ink-reservoirs, bio-cells, micro-foam and elastics.

Your object printed with LAY-FOMM will feel strong and rigid but after rinsing the print with water the object becomes micro-porous & elastic. This makes it very suitable for printing soft and flexible rubber like objects. The LAY-FOMM 60 filament is very soft and has a shore hardness of A60, it is slightly firmer than LAY-FOMM 40 which has a shore hardness of A40. For the best result of maximum flexibility of the printed object we recommend to immerse the print in a basin of tap water for 1 to 4 days.

Porolay Gel-lay
1.75mm / rubber-elastomeric polymer and a PVA-component / ± 0.25 Kg / Opaque / Producer: FormFutura - Netherlands

Printing Temperature:
 225°-235°C
Prezzo: CHF 49.90 (IVA inclusa)
POROLAY GEL-LAY is a new filament which has a jelly-like feature. This material is made from a rubber-elastomeric polymer and a PVA-component. That means that part of this filament is water soluble. Once you rinse this material in water, the PVA component dissolves and the rubber polymer remains as your micro-porous object. The jelly feature of this material makes it ideal for printing artificial limbs or body parts for e.g. robotics, marine animals, floatables and all other squishy objects. GEL-LAY is also very suitable for use in bio-mechanics and objects in water.

Your object printed with GEL-LAY will feel strong and rigid (slightly bendable) but after rinsing the print with water the object becomes micro-porous & elastic. This makes it very suitable for printing soft and flexible rubber like objects. For the best result of maximum flexibility of the printed object we recommend to immerse the print in a basin of tap water for 1 to 4 days.
